Nazlı is a prominent art law and IP expert and a court witness expert at Istanbul Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Intellectual Property Courts. She is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law (2005). She obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of California, Davis in 2008. She worked in the legal department of a telecommunications company between 2008 and 2012. She has been working as a sole practitioner since 2012. Nazlı’s main experience is the resolution of Intellectual Property disputes especially but not limited to the disputes in the music industry and art domain, and legal consultancy in related areas. She has given many seminars and trainings on copyrights in the music industry and has attended global conferences as a speaker. She has prepared more than eighty court expert reports regarding copyright law to date. She is also a sought-after independent IP court expert who has written IP reports giving opinions on high- volume IP disputes in Türkiye.
