- The valuations in the financings we worked on and closed ranged from a minimum of $2 Million to a maximum of $1.23 Billion.
- We worked on 4 technology acquisitions with a total value of $104.7 Million.
- We completed 6 Flip Up transactions.
- We facilitated secondary transactions for 19 founders and shareholders.
Looking more closely at our role in the Turkish technology ecosystem:
- In the first three quarters, a total of 400 financings and acquisitions took place, and we were involved in 12.75% of them.
- In the first three quarters, transactions worth a total of $931.8 Million were completed, and we closed 24.37% of this amount for our clients.
